May Architecture was engaged to renovate an existing 36,000 SF 2-story medical office building to provide a multi-disciplinary cancer treatment facility. The multi-phased 22,250 sf renovation accommodates multiple end-user groups including infusion, pharmacy, medical oncology, radiation oncology, surgical oncology, blood draw and testing laboratories, support spaces, and administrative space. An entry sequence was designed to guide each patient, visitor, or employee to the appropriate destination while reminding each of the facility’s mission and history.
