Georgia College and State University: Historic Beeson Hall

The Historic Beeson Hall project was a comprehensive renovation of a 33,700 GSF building originally built in 1937 as a residence hall. The renovation provides instructional labs and faculty offices for STEM oriented programs including physics and other high demand programs. The renovation includes the addition of an elevator, structural repairs, removal and rehabilitation of all exterior windows and replacement of all major mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
