Georgia College and State University West Campus Center & Clubhouse

This project converted an existing 4,500 SF residential common area,1,500 SF Cafe, and 1,000 SF Clubhouse to include more intimate student lounge, recreation and study spaces. The café was renovated to provide a more inviting retail brand for the residents. The project was completed on a very aggressive summer schedule.
